Spinnakers Stout Marinade

prep time : Less than 30 minutes
recipe type: BBQ, mops and marinades
ingredients: 1 tblsp minced ginger
1 tblsp minced garlic
1/2 cup diced shallots
2 tblsp crushed green Madagascar peppercorns
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup raw cane sugar
2 cups Tsarist Stout Beer (or any dark stout beer)
Mix ingredients in large mixing bowl until brown sugar and salt dissolve.Place ingredients in a tight ziploc bag along with tenderloin overnight.
