Spicy Beer Marinated Pork Ribs Yield: 7
Ingredients:
Spicy Beer Marinated Pork Ribs
2 bottle of beer (preferabley dark ale)
4 dash hot sauce
6 tbsp sweet mixed pickle juice (90 millilitres)
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard (30 millilitres)
1 cup soy sauce (250 millilitres)
8 cloves garlic minced
dash salt and pepper
4 slabs pork ribs (1 will feed 2 adults)

Directions:
Spicy Beer Marinated Pork Ribs
In a large mixing bowl, combine ingredients and pour over the ribs. Marinade at room temperature for 2 hours. Cook over the BBQ for approximately 15 minutes on each side.
