Smoked Porter Salsa
Ingredients:
1 - 28oz can Muir Glen Organic Whole Peeled Tomatoes
1 cup - fresh cilantro, diced
3 Tbsp- fresh garlic, diced
2 tsp - onion powder
2 tsp - dry organic basil
1 tsp - sea salt
1 tsp - black pepper
1 - Large Anaheim Pepper, seeded & diced (~4T rounded)
3 - Habanera peppers, seeded & diced (~4.5 tsp)
1/2 - Jalapeno pepper, seeded & diced (~2 tsp)
1 - Serrano pepper, diced (~1 tsp)
3 Tbsp - Alaskan Smoked Porter
Instructions:
Use Fresh, Organic ingredients whenever possible. Blend until smooth and refrigerate min 5 hrs. Serve with Red and/or Blue Corn Organic Tortilla chips.
