Pub Bread
Ingredients:
Pub Bread
3 cups self-rising flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 bottle beer
5 tbsp butter, divided
Directions:
Pub Bread
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar and beer.
With 1 tablespoon butter, grease a loaf pan. Put dough in loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.
Melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter and pour over top of bread. Return to oven and continue baking for 10 more minutes.
