Maple Beer Bread Yield: 7
Ingredients:
Maple Beer Bread
3 cups self-rising flour (750 millilitres)
3/4 cup maple syrup (180 millilitres)
10 oz beer at room temperature (a bottle less a bit)

Directions:
Maple Beer Bread
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ingredients, Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees (190 C) for 45 minutes.
Brush maple syrup onto the top of the bread after it has cooled for extra sweetness and glaze.
