Ichabod Cake
Makes 1 9x13 inch cake
Ingredients:
1 box Shop Rite Spice cake mix
1 cup Pumpkin (processed)
1 1/3 cup Woodstock Ichabod Crane Holiday Spiced Beer
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients well and pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 for 37 minutes.
Frosting:
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbl. Woodstock Ichabod Crane Holiday Spiced beer
Mix all ingredients and spread on cake when cool. Enjoy!
