Coconut Lime Stout Marinade

prep time : Less than 30 minutes
recipe type: BBQ, mops and marinades
ingredients: 1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup stout (try Jamaican Dragon Stout)
6 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 cup shallots, peeled and minced
1 onion, peeled and minced
3 tablespoons minced fresh chives
1 Scotch bonnet pepper, seeded and minced
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme5
whole allspice berries
1 tablespoon salt
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Blend all ingredients in a blender, and use as marinade for chicken or pork
