Butternut Squash in Alaskan Pale Maple Glaze
Ingredients:
5 cups butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cubed
3 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoons dark maple syrup or molasses
½ cup Alaskan Pale
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Steam squash over boiling water using a steamer basket, until almost tender. About 20 – 25 minutes.Brown butter in large skillet over low heat until aromatic and nutty. Add squash, maple syrup and Alaskan Pale. Stir and cook until fully tender. Season to taste. Serve as a side dish to any hearty winter fare!
