Amber Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
1 lb. American cheese, cubed
4 oz. Cream cheese, cubed
¾ cup Alaskan Amber
½ cup Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Melt cheese over low heat in a heavy saucepan until smooth and blended. Slowly add other ingredients. Stir until well blended. Remove from heat and serve with little smokies, veggies, or bread. Adapted from the Hillshire Farms Website.
