Alaskan Stout Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients:
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup Alaskan Stout
1 box Pillsbury quick nut bread mix (adding nuts is optional)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together. Turn into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove from pan and cool. Serve warm or cold with a selection of dessert cheese, fruit and glasses of Alaskan Stout.Recipe adapted from better Home and Garden cookbook.
