Alaskan Stout Hot Fudge
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
4 oz. Ghiradelli Bittersweet chocolate
8 oz. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
1 cup sugar
112 oz. evaporated milk
1 12 oz. bottle Alaskan Stout
Instructions:
Bring 1 bottle Alaskan Stout to a boil over medium high heat in a medium saucepan.In another medium saucepan, slowly melt butter and chocolate. Add remaining ingredients and reduced Alaskan Stout. Cook over low/medium heat until thick. Serve warm over ice cream
