Alaskan Stout Dessert Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Alaskan Stout
1/2 teaspoon crushed coriander
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
1. In a sauce pan over medium heat, stir together the sugar and Alaskan Stout. Add the spices.2. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring. Reduce the heat to low, and skim the foam off the top.3. Continue to simmer, stirring occasionally and removing any foam that appears after you stir it, for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat, and cool before serving.Serve over Alaskan Stout Ginger Cake. Also great over ice cream.Servings: 12-16Preparation time: 15 minutes
