Alaskan Stout Chopettes
Ingredients:
12 cloves garlic, pressed
4 cut up lamb chops
dash olive oil
1 4 oz. jar non-pareil capers, chopped
1 bottle Alaskan Stout beer
1 lb. Chopped mushrooms
2 cups brown rice
1 tsp. Salt
Instructions:
Brown choppettes with garlic in an oiled skillet. Add chopped capers and Alaskan Stout. Simmer for 20 minutes with chopped mushrooms. Serve over a bed of rice
