Alaskan Stout Chocolate Pie
Ingredients:
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
¼ cup butter, softened
¼ cup sugar
10 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup Alaskan Stout
12 oz. Cool whip or other whipped topping
1 prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions:
Cream butter and cream cheese in a large bowl. Add sugar and mix thoroughlyMelt chocolate chips in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add Alaskan Stout and stir gently until well combined. Cool slightly.Gently mix chocolate Stout sauce into cream cheese mixture.Fold in 8 oz. cool whip and turn mixture into prepared crust. Refrigerate until set. Top with remaining cool whip and serve with Alaskan Stout.
