Alaskan Stout Chicken Soft Tacos
Ingredients:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 bottles (24 oz.) Alaskan Oatmeal Stout
2 cups (16 oz.) salsa – mild, medium or hot (your choice)
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Cumin
½ tsp. ground oregano
Your favorite taco fixings; i.e. lettuce, cheese, onions, tomatoes, olives, sour cream, 10 small flour tortillas.
Instructions:
Mix Alaskan Stout, salsa and spices in a large roasting pan. Add the chicken, cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Shred or cut the chicken into small pieces and return to the pan. Bake 10 minutes. Retrieve the chicken with a slotted spoon, placing it into the tortillas soft-taco style, and top with cheese, lettuce, etc.
