Alaskan Amber Balls
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 cup powdered sugar
¼ cup Alaskan Amber
2 Tablespoons light corn syrup
2 ½ cups crushed vanilla wafers
1 cup pecans, chopped
More powdered sugar for dredging
Instructions:
In large bowl, sift cocoa and powdered sugar. Combine beer and corn syrup. Add to sugar/cocoa mixture and mix well. Add vanilla wafers and pecans and mix thoroughly. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and dredge in powdered sugar.Submitted by: Dayton CanadayA delightful twist on bourbon balls but using our own Alaskan Amber.
