Alaska Stout Corn Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 cups corn meal, coarse grind
2 cups Alaskan Stout
2 cups all purpose flour
1 pint sour cream, any kind
2 Tablespoons baking powder
½ cup vegetable oil
6 each eggs
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Place cornmeal in a bowl with the Alaskan Stout and allow to soak for several hours or overnight.Add the remaining ingredients and stir into a batterCook as small pancakes on a hot griddle. Serve with toppings of choice.Good cold with spreads or meat.By Ken Vaughn, Alaskan Fan
